What has our society become.
Why are so many “evil” people sooooooo rich.
“They’re so selfish with all of their money”,
“Look at them with their ungodly riches trying to takeover the planet and make us worship them”.
“If they really cared about people with all of that wealth, world hunger would no longer exist”.
I mean bro, you’ve heard it all coming up as a kid about how mean rich people are.
This isn’t to excuse the douche bag millionaires who flick their milkshake cups at the guy asking for change at the red light with their girlfriend in the passenger seat laughing richly “hahaha”.
I’m not referring to those guys.
But maybe, just maybe at the highest levels of wealth whether good or evil you will by principle alone, still bare witness to the highest levels of supreme servitude.
I like Jesus The Messiah’s saying the best “He who desires to be the greatest among you must become a servant to all” Matthew 23:11
Now I’m not religious, but I think in a nut shell this pretty much sums up the entirety of how people are able to create wealth for themselves, from the highest to the lowest levels.
It’s no guess work needed. We live in a value driven society. A society who’s gears are turned by commerce, supply and demand AKA (Value).
And that’s the topic were going to be tackling in this letter. How to become a “Value Driven Juggernaut”.
In this letter you’ll learn:
- Why most people have their “value” switch turned off.
- How to reverse the crash course.
- The process for creating high quality value as a 1 Person Business.
Good Ol Adversity, A Friend In Deed:
“In times of adversity and change, we really discover who we are and what we’re made of. The value we create is often born from challenges.” –Howard Schultz
I guess you could say I’m a bit of an advocate for problems in life.
Not because I genuinely love being inconvenienced, but because of what discomfort causes in a persons life.
Let’s be real, did you ever produce anything or do anything noteworthy while stuffing your face on payday?
How about during tax season after you had just landed your first real job at “Not Reality Enterprises”, was your first thought:
“Hmm..I should sacrifice my entire return and build my fitness brand! Yea that’s it!
Most likely not, that’s because in times of relaxation and comfort you’re not thinking creatively. You’re mind doesn’t see the necessity in being stretched to come up with alternative solutions to build and create something bigger and better.
You need problems.
Otherwise you end up like the frog that landed in boiling hot water.
Comfortable in a pot of lukewarm water initially, let’s call it a job or business where you’re always present but don’t desire to be. But none the less it seems safe.
You’re not noticing the subtle change in water as it gradually progresses towards boiling, your time and creative energy slowly being consumed and drained until you reach a boiling point of which there seems to be no escape.
The situation is dire with no way out because you kept avoiding what you should have been facing the entire time. Which is trading you creative energy for a season, instead of your body and time to reap a reward you were less then satisfied with getting in the moment.
It’s because of this avoidance of problems that most people will never successfully accomplish their goals, reach their potential or create a reality where value can can flow freely from there existence.
Suffer On Purpose Not By Default:
“If you want to be successful, you have to be willing to suffer. -Jensen Huang
I like Jensen’s quote because suffering is the only real way to the value door you’re trying to open.
I’m not referring to a physical suffering of which still would still suck. But a mental one.
Pain is an inevitable human experience that we all have to deal with. There’s no getting around it. But the people who learn how to transmute this pain into a worthy ideal, an ideal that the world eventually adopts as their own are able to produce tangible transformative outcomes for people.
To the likes of which this world has never experienced or has ever seen.
There’s 5 stages of evolution one must go through in order to awaken the value driven beast within.
There non-negotiable so don’t think there’s a quicker way to creating more perceived worth to people.
There’s a state of consciousness one must reach, you have to begin to view reality from a creators scope. So because you exist in the now, what you do or don’t do will effect the world in some form or another.
Take responsibility for these facts and do with it as you please.
The journey toward a higher state of value driven consciousness often involves a series of personal transformative stages. While different philosophies and psychological frameworks may describe these stages in various ways, here are five key stages commonly recognized in the process of mental transformation so listen up:
1. Awakening
- This initial stage involves a realization or awakening to a deeper understanding of yourself and the world around you. It often includes questioning existing beliefs, values, and perceptions.
- There’s an Increased awareness of thoughts and emotions, a sense of curiosity, and a desire for personal growth. You may experience moments of clarity or insight that challenge your previous worldview but be receptive to any new information and maintain an open heart. Don’t let your ego or sense of self righteousness that you were taught get in the way of seeing the world from an entirely new perspective.
2. Self-Reflection
- In this stage, you engage in introspection and self-examination. Explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors try understand your real unfiltered motivations and behavioral patterns. What thought patterns do you default to in times of stress and uncertainty?
- Journaling, walks or meditation can be employed to facilitate this process. If you can confront your fears, insecurities, and past experiences, you can open the door to a greater self-awareness and acceptance of what you can uniquely offer humanity.
3. Letting Go
- This is a very difficult stage for most people in their discovery journey because it involves releasing limiting beliefs, negative emotions, bland philosophies, religious attachments and mindsets that no longer serve one’s growth. It requires courage and vulnerability. (people hate to look weak).
- But if you’re willing to experience emotional catharsis, forgiveness (of themselves and others), you can experience a rich sense of liberation, freeing the mind to create. This stage often leads to a lighter, more open mindset, allowing for new possibilities.
4. Integration
- After letting go, you can begin to integrate new insights and perspectives into your daily life. This stage is about embodying the changes and aligning actions with newfound beliefs, interest and curiosities.
- You’ll be in a state of increased alignment with your true core values and have a greater sense of purpose and autonomy. If you’re willing to adopt new practices, such as mindfulness or compassionate living, you’ll begin to display a true evolved value driven consciousness towards people.
5. Expansion
- This final stage involves a broader perspective on life and a deeper connection to others and your personal beliefs. Such as God, the universe (whatever your thing is). You’ll start to experience a sense of unity and interconnectedness along with a stronger sense of self worth, driving you to contribute more to the world around because you now deem yourself worthy and needed to do so.
- You become more empathetic, compassionate and desire to contribute positively to the world at scale. Either through a business or organization. This stage often includes a commitment to lifelong learning and growth, as well as a recognition of the ongoing nature of becoming a value driven individual.
The average person is suffering because they refuse to grow. So naturally what happens?
They feel life tugging them a long. Hating life and the lack of freedom they fail to experience. It is far better to make yourself suffer intentionally because you’re in direct control of the benefits it yields.
If you’re being forced to suffer either because you won’t discipline yourself or go harder (because let’s be honest, you know you can) someone else is will continue reap from the fruits of your labor while all you do is sow.
And that sucks.
Entrepreneurship, The Modern Survival Tool:
“The purpose of a business is to create a customer.” -Peter Drucker.
You’re either building for yourself and for the sake of producing something of value for someone else or you’re building someone else’s vision and never entering your own state of creative bliss.
And that’s just it.
You’re the either the creator of value or you’re a constant consumer of it.
The world as we know it is driven by value. That’s no surprise. Were all in search of something, moving through different stages of life wanting to acquire something of perceived worth. In most cases if were being completely honest, this will be money.
If you’re money contagious or believe it’s the root of all evil, exit this letter here ——>
Most people will gawk at the idea of a lot of money because there limiting beliefs internally scream “Its impossible to make that kind of money”.
False. The problem isn’t money if were being completely real. it’s just that most people were ill taught as to how make a lot. So if you were like me then you learned that in order to make a lot of money you need to:
- Go to school.
- Get a good job.
- Work really hard.
- Work really long hours.
- Hope and pray someone notices you and wants to promote you.
This almost never happens.
This was the default settings we were programmed to internalize.
But if you did decide to start wake up and start your own business, your probably got stuck dealing with work you hated still (also something I did) then you realized the money you were making just wasn’t worth it.
After nearly giving up, I discovered the 1 Person Business Model.
This was the keys to the city I was looking for. I realized I could create a business around my time, my preferred schedule and generate a meaningful income that could be generated from my own creativity and purpose.
My “Solopreneurs One Person-Business Foundations” project is nearly complete. This will help you create a framework for how to create your business of one also. That’ll be ready by the next letter.
But for the sake of still giving value, I still want to leave you with something.
Here’s what it looks in a smaller nutshell:
- Identify “Yourself” As The Niche:
- Reflect on your skills, passions, and market demand. instead of choosing a niche create one of your own that aligns with what you enjoy learning about, the skills you possess and would like to teach and what unique value you can provide to your ideal customer or consumer.
- Create A Roadmap:
- Outline your business goals, target market, services or products you would like to offer. Remember you want to create things YOU believe are valuable.
- 1 solid roadmap is enough to help you stay focused and organized as you start your journey as a value creator.
- Set Up Your Online Presence:
- Create an authoritative brand. Showcase your knowledge or skills in the form of creative content. Use platforms like IG, X, Linked to nurture a following in which you can then lead them to website, newsletter or personal community so that you can then offer your products or services.
- The best audience is an engaged audience so show real personality and real authenticity behind your writing or speaking.
- Develop Your Brand:
- Create consistent brand identity by talking about meaningful topics of interest. The one trick pony is dead in business, people desire to have real relationships. In branding it’s about talking about who you are and your attached ideals. The rest is up to the people who actually consume your content to decide. Strong solidified personal brands are just real people, with real interest, with a wide range of transformative knowledge over a particular category. They’re able to display they’re expertise through a set of attractive skills which only deepen their brand authority.
- Start Marketing and Networking:
- Network to promote yourself. Share valuable content related to your interest, engage with your audience, and connect with other creators in your field. Consider creating an online community to expand your reach.
I can’t express this enough.
The quality of your future is dependent on the amount of value you’re able to generate for another person.
